Manager, Client Relations
Katherine Seto is Manager of Client Relations at RPX Corporation. Prior to joining RPX in 2026, Ms. Seto practiced intellectual property litigation at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focused on patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret disputes, representing clients in complex, high-stakes litigation matters. Ms. Seto’s legal experience also includes working in healthcare antitrust at the Federal Trade Commission. Prior to her legal career, Ms. Seto worked as a chemical engineer in the biotechnology industry.
Ms. Seto earned her J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law and her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University.
