Customer Experience Manager, Product Management
Jessica Wardley is a Customer Experience Manager at RPX Corporation. She focuses on business development for RPX Empower as well as onboarding and support of new Empower customers. Prior to joining RPX, Ms. Wardley spent several years as a strategic customer success manager at Clarivate. Before Clarivate, Ms. Wardley was the Operations Director, Americas for SHIP Global IP, a comprehensive IP Portfolio management solution.
Ms. Wardley holds a BA in Law and Society from Purdue University. She studied the use of fiber optics in modern medicine, the growth of cancerous tumors, and the use of technology in detecting cancerous cells through her research at the Biophotonics, Imaging, Spectroscopy and Sensing (BISS) Lab at the University of Akron, where she received her associates in Biomedical Engineering.
