Defensive Patent Aggregation Service
RPX is a provider of patent risk management solutions and defensive patent aggregation is the core of our offering. We identify and purchase patent assets of relevance and risk that could be used offensively against members of our client network. For an annual fee, our clients receive a license to all patents and associated rights aggregated in the portfolio. RPX will not enforce the patents it purchases. We offer an efficient and rational alternative to patent litigation and help to mitigate and manage the risk of patent risks and costs.
Membership
RPX annual membership fees range from $65,000 to $6.9 million depending on the company’s operating income.
