COVID-19: A Message from Our CEO

To our clients, friends and business partners,
The coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact geographies, communities and families worldwide, and new measures are being implemented every day to contain the spread of the virus and mitigate its impact. We expect that each of you is involved in implementing actions to keep your employees, families and friends healthy, as are we.
We also understand that your businesses continue to operate, and that business challenges and deadlines remain. Therefore, I am writing to assure you that we remain fully available to help you with issues that inevitably will continue to arise.
Our Operations
As some of you are aware, we moved our headquarters to new offices last October. We designed our office systems in anticipation of potential disruptions such as this. We have extensive telecommunication and teleconferencing capabilities and have equipped our employees with the ability to use these systems while in the office or remotely on both PCs and mobile devices. Most of our employees are now working from their homes and practicing social distancing as recommended by health officials worldwide. As a result of our data and teleconferencing systems, our team will continue to be available to you without disruption.
Travel
We have also adjusted our travel policy to align with guidance issued by government officials. For the moment, we have suspended all travel while urging our employees to stay in active remote communication with our clients. We are carefully monitoring developments worldwide, and we will take additional actions required to ensure the safety of our employees, clients, business partners, and communities while at the same time maintaining the highest level of business responsiveness.
